INCREDIBLE CASED PAIR OF CONSECUTIVE SERIAL NUMBERED STEVENS LORD TARGET PISTOLS IN 22 LONG RIFLE
9 1/2 bbls with mint bores. Extraordinary quality in absolutely brand new cond. Frame and buttcap are completely relief engraved in oak leaf & vine pattern. Fluted part oct, part round bbls-marked on top: 'McClure Halley'. Both have target style grips-very massive & beautifully done; checkered and oak leaf style of carving. Gold gilted frames, bbls blued and retain 100% of the finish. Guns are fitted in a contemporary style French case made probably a dozen years ago with a drawer of accouterments. I've seen a few other specimens of this type of gun-I believe they are manufactured in Germany. Absolutely the finest quality of European workmanship available. Excellent and all orig throughout.
