20 inch full oct bbl, full length magazine tube. This is of a carbine configuration and is one of a grouping of guns that were made up for the MGM movie studios back in the 30's. They were made up out of take-down 24" rifle bbls and shortened to 20". They had trapper forearms, carbine butts, saddlerings, oct bbls. Very interesting little gun; this is probably one of the better ones I've seen with 95% bbl and mag blue; 50-60% real clean receiver blue toning to a plumish coloration, orig sights, outstanding bore in 44WCF.
