This gun tips the scales at almost 22-1/2 pounds. Bbl length is 43-1/2". Bore is approximately a 5 bore. Very few markings on this gun. Some sort of a proof mark on the top of the bbl and the numbers 35 on the side of the bbl. No maker indicated. This is a good, high quality piece and heavy duty it definitely is. Thick wall bbl. Relatively smooth metal which is a brownish coloration. Was is possibly a browned finish to start with. Some light pitting around the nipple area. The wood is in quite good condition. However it has had a couple of cracks on the left hand side. One from the buttplate about in the middle of the stock going forward and the other one on the left hand side above the trigger. Everything is good and solid. This is a very BIG HEAVY DUTY GUN!
