Cal 36. 36" long bbl. Half stock Indian trades rifle. Marked on top of the bbl " J P Lower Philladelphia" . That is the same Lower that became famous after he moved to the Denver area building heavy single shot rifles for the buffalo trade. A good sound solid stock. Brass forend cap. Brass buttplate. Small cheek piece. Double set triggers that may need some adjustment. Bbl is mostly a plum/brown coloration. Correct sights. Sharp corners. No pitting to speak of except around the percussion nipple. Unmarked lock plate. Pretty decent all original gun!
