ELEY CARTRIDGE BOARD

Item # M830-19-554

Marked across the top of the board is "Eley Grand Prix Cartridge". It shows the entire process from the beginning of the shell cartridge to the finished product. An interesting looking board manufactured by the Imperial Metal Industries (which stands for Kynoch) Limited, Birmingham England. Board measures 27-1/2" x 21" and is in excellent condition. Fairly scarce board.

From Waco Texas. Overall size is 20" by 21". Cartridges on display range from the 17 caliber Remington to the 458 Winchester mag. All labeled and identified. Quite a decorative board.

BEAUTIFUL NOBEL’S SPORTING CARTRIDGE BOARD Glasgow London. About 20" wide by 30" high and about 3" deep. Quite a number of very decorative early shot shell cartridges. The board is in great condition. Beautiful in a glass enclosure. I have had a few of these over the years and this is one of my favorites.

ELEY SPORTING AMMUNITION DISPLAY BOARD Measures about 27" high and 20" wide. Quite a number of different cartridges consisting of rifle and shot shell cartridges. Manufactured by Imperial Metal Industries (which is Kynoch), Birmingham, England. Light colored wood frame. Interesting display piece and quite scarce.

EARLY 17TH CENTURY POWDER TESTER

EARLY 17TH CENTURY POWDER TESTER Measures 10-1/2" overall. 4-1/2" turned wooden grip with brass ferrule connected to a straight steel platform. Graduated wheels showing hand engraved numbers and tension spring. Item is in overall excellent condition with an aged color to the metal. All markings are sharp and clear. Wooden handle has an age crack but still solid and serviceable. Fairly scarce powder tester.

VERY DECORATIVE ENGLISH SHOT SHELL AND BIG GAME RIFLE DISPLAY CARTRIDGE BOARD Featuring Ely shot and a variety of notable cartridges. All are arranged in a circular design around a large token which is labeled a Bisley Medal. Very decorative measuring 24" by 24 ". Great attractive green background and covered by glass. A few light mars on the frame but still in fine condition.

U.S. PATTERN 1881 CAVALRY HOLSTER

Item # M5-603C-13-400

Made by the Rock Island Arsenal and stamped '1910'. Inspectors initials 'H.E.K.' also stamped on back. Crisp U.S. marking on front. Holster is complete, even bottom plug and ring are present. VG overall cond, leather is still very supple and bendable, some age crazing and scuffing-mostly to the flap. A very interesting, fine cond piece of U.S. Military history!

VERY SCARCE U.S. CAVALRY MODEL 1884 PATTERN CARBINE BOOT

This item measures approximately 12 in length, has the two straps that go around the front as well as the strap mounted from the back that attaches to the McClellan saddle. In exc cond and seldom encountered. Hard to find.

U.S. SPRINGFIELD SOCKET

To accomodate the Model 1873 Springfield carbine. This item measures 2-1/2 long by 2-1/2" in diameter. Has the straps to buckle. Very nice condition, unaltered in any way.

VERY SCARCE U.S. CAVALRY PATTERN 1885 CARBINE BOOT TO ACCOMODATE THE MODEL 1873 SPRINGFIELD CARBINE

This model has the brass reinforcement in the front; complete with two straps going around the exterior of the boot as well as one strap over the top that would connect it to the McClellan saddle. Overall cond is exc with a heavy dark coloration, sound leather, no tears. All complete, fine item, hard to find.

Holster and belt in Mexican floral style. Very attractive rig with elaborate peato cactus fiber used for all the embellishments, designs, seaming and rib. Very fine condition belt and holster in a large size. Many, many cartridge loops for .32-20/.357 size cartridge. The holster is for a 4-3/4 bbl length in Colt or other single action. If you want something different, this is a very impressive gun belt rig.

Heavily tooled, ornate belt with nickel, silver and turquoise 'Frontier' marked buckle. Holster body is riveted a single loop style with rigid back panel and narrow skirt. Medium length, nice orig condition.

DOUBLE HOLSTER RIG-MEXICAN VAQUARO STYLE

Wide belt, drop loop, very ornate and heavily tooled. Closed toe with rawhide wrapped main seam, stiff skirted body, woven rawhide border on both belt and pouch. High protective arch that slash-cuts to below triggerguard for fast drawing. VG overall condition. If one gun just ain't enough, pack double the iron in this rig. Medium size.

ORIGINAL DROP LOOP HOLSTER RIG

Unmarked belt is 3 wide with a small waist size. The 18 cartridge loops have WRA 45 Colt rounds in them. The holster body is a rather stiff leather with riveted double loops to medium skirted back. For 5-1/2 or shorter Single Action. Medium height arch and wide throat. A real heavy reddish/brown dye on holster body; probably the second one on this belt. Old but age is uncertain. Good looking rig.

EXCEPTIONAL HIGH QUALITY LEATHER HOLSTERS

Newly built in Texas by superb leather craftsmen. They are patterned in the Buscadero Fast-Draw style with the exposed triggerguard. The holster body is of the single loop, medium arch, sloping throat, open toe design. Rigid back panel with no exposed skirting. The belt is the classical drop-loop style with cartridge loops. They can be had in plain or tooled. Three different colors include natural, russet and black. Several waist sizes and bbl lengths available. Belt and holster body are both lined. Fits most single actions such as Colt, Ruger, Uberti and others. Nice rigs, very fairly priced.

Short style leather scabbard for Cavalry use, marked 'Rock Island Arsenal'. Pattern 1886 had a brass mouth reinforcement. In very good original condition, some age cracks but leather is supple. Complete and nice.

U.S. CAVALRY TROOPER LINK STRAPS

One was issued to each Cavalry soldier and they were used to snap horses together so one trooper could hold several horses while dismounted during fighting. Three available, slight differences.

4th type McKeever cartridge box for .45-70. Manufactured at Watervliet Arsenal. Circa mid 1880's. Very good to near excellent condition inside and out. The only flaw is the stitching let go on the holding strap. Has original combination tool in recess.
