33-1/2” steel twist barrel, good bore. Percussion nipple was removed and replaced with a floating firing pin; work probably done by a frontier gunsmith. Overall gun shows fair usage; overall metal is a dark patina coloration, nice markings, good mechanics, sound wood with a few mars, steel buttplate. Interesting example. e

30” barrels, fine bores; original wood is in VG condition with a recoil pad added-13¾” pull to the end. Barrels appear to have been lightly cleaned with just traces of Damascus pattern remaining-the balance is a silvery coloration. Receiver shows traces of case colors. Other than that, the gun is all original. e
