(ELM-M5-511a) BEAUTIFUL, HAND CRAFTED DAMASCUS SKINNING KNIFE

Beautiful damascus pattern on the 3-1/2" drop point blade. Very sturdy knife with a thick blade which measures about 1", the handle is of the form fitting type with a pointed end. New cond, has never been sharpened other than by the orig knife maker. The initials 'RLB' and '92' are inscribed on the blade which would be the knife maker and the year, I assume. Knife comes inside a very heavy duty, hand made sheath. This is an exceptional quality, beautiful knife. e

Stevens Rifles

(EL-MR513) ENGRAVED STEVENS DELUXE RIFLE WITH THE 44-1/2 ACTION

Caliber marking is 32-35 Caliber. A very neat, strange configuration gun with a half round, half octagon 26" bbl. What is somewhat strange about the bbl is that it appears like the front half has been slightly turned down for target use and there is a 'Boss' where the front sight dovetail is. Also, it appears like the front half was nickel plated-factory done or done otherwise is unknown; makes for a very neat rifle. Quite a few case colors still remain on the frame-the rest are turning to an antique brownish gray. Checkering is fine line and superb. Equipped with cheekpiece and Swiss buttplate, flipping globe type front sight, Lyman tang rear sight with large eyepiece and a small flip-up Lyman rear bbl sight; bright shiny bore in VG cond. Very interesting Stevens rifle. e

Standard configuration gun with octagon bbl, full magazine, crescent buttplate. This early 1900's gun is in fair to good cond and looks just the way it should; it looks like an old rifle. Wood is nice and solid with all four corners in good cond, no losses but several scratches, gouges, etc. Bore has nice riflings but there is some roughness throughout. Decent looking, old Winchester. e

Caliber 25-35. Equipped with octagon bbl, full mag, rifle buttplate. (8768-14-50) VERY UNUSUAL SEMI-DELUXE MODEL 73, EARLY 3RD MODEL RIFLE

Orig 24" full octagon bbl, button mag, orig sights, exc bore. The case colored receiver retains probably 95% of the case colors on one side with 90% vividness; the other side retains approx 75% with 75% vividness, bbl retains 98% bright, heavy blue. Orig semi-deluxe, uncheckered wood is in near exc cond with a few light handling mars and dings but retains most the varnish; rifle style buttplate. Exc throughout. Stated under 'REMARKS' in the Factory records is: 1", which would have to be the fact that the forearm is an inch shorter than standard for a 24" bbl. This forearm would have normally been at about a 20" gun; I think it was ordered that way to accomodate a certain number of shells. There's no doubt in my mind whatsoever that it's 100% orig. Exc inside and out, very unique gun. ~~> VIEW PHOTO <~~ e

12 Gauge. 28" bbls. Very pretty shotgun with some extra figure wood, very fine checkered pistol grip stock. Nice, bright, shiny bores, fluid steel bbls, receiver still has ample amounts of case coloring visible-the rest has aged to the normal grayish look. Fine fitting wood. Very nice gun. These J. P. Sauer's are slim, trim, nice handling shotguns. e

Wood is in generally good cond although the finish has wrinkled, stock is in good cond with no losses, a very skilled strengthening repair in the wrist area which is hardly noticable. Colt Rifle & Shotgun

(EL-C1137) COLT LIGHTNING SADDLERING CARBINE IN THE DESIRABLE 44 CALIBER

The entire gun is a gray patina, possibly cleaned in spots but does have nice bbl markings, scattered pitting throughout-mostly on the bbl and mag tube. Appears to be a replacement buttstock that fits so-so, forearm wood is well worn but all there, bore isn't too bad; it's bright and shiny with decent riflings, some light roughness and very light pitting. It may even clean up to look better than it does. This old Colt has been there and done that! e

Various Win Rifles

(EL-8816) WINCHESTER MODEL 71 LONG TANG DELUXE RIFLE

This rifle is in overall good cond but has been used some. Most blue remains on receiver with some wear toward the front part at the carry point; also some wear on the bbl toward the receiver, the rest of the bbl exhibits most of the blue. Wood is in VG cond with no cracks or losses, checkering is wore down somewhat and appears to have had a coat of finish or varnish added at some time. Equipped with Redfield receiver, hooded ramp front sights and sling swivels. Bore is bright, shiny and in VG cond, action is solid and nice. This is a decent 71 that somebody can go out and shoot and enjoy. e
